Dr. Watt grew up in Tennesse, where she completed her undergraduate training at Rhodes College and received her MD from University of Tennessee. She completed her dual residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at UCLA in 2012, where she is now a clinical instructor. Her experiences as a teacher in inner-city New Jersey and as a volunteer physician in Afghanistan, Haiti, and Malawi have heavily influenced her decision to enter a career in primary care. Her primary focus includes preventive care, patient empowerment in primary care, and health care of the underserved.
